fn request_parameters(msg: &ControlMessage) -> &[KeyValuePair]Expand description
The Message Parameters a request carries, or nothing for a message that is not a request.
Every one of the seven request kinds carries a parameter list, so the empty arm is only reached by a caller that is not looking at a request. Section 3.3.2 names the messages a Range Filter may appear in (SUBSCRIBE, FETCH, SUBSCRIBE_TRACKS and REQUEST_UPDATE), and this does not narrow to them: a filter parameter arriving where the section does not list it is a scope question, and scope is answered by the parameter registry rather than here. What matters for the ceiling is that a filter this endpoint has no budget for is not accepted, wherever it turned up.
