The Prior Group ID Gap values one Object carries.

draft-11 Section 10.1: “A track with a Group that contains more than one Object with different values for Prior Group ID Gap or has a Prior Group ID Gap larger than the Group ID is considered malformed.” This draft does not limit an Object to one instance, so every value is kept. The least is held to the Group ID, for the reason SubgroupGaps gives.
