The parameter types draft-21 Section 9.20.16, Table 6 permits inside a
FILL_PARAMETERS value, in ascending order.
TRACK_PROPERTY_FILTER (0x29) is deliberately absent: a fill applies to one
already-selected track, so a filter that selects tracks has nothing to do
there. The draft does not say that in as many words, but it does say what
happens to one that arrives anyway — “An endpoint that receives a parameter
inside FILL_PARAMETERS that is not listed above MUST close the session with
PROTOCOL_VIOLATION” — which is what makes the omission load-bearing rather
than editorial. A relay forwarding a downstream FILL_PARAMETERS upstream
has to strip it rather than pass it on.
