Class matching โ what a ClassRule claims.
Two types live here: RangeSet, the hand-rolled sorted/coalesced
u64 range container the proxy uses instead of pulling in a dependency
(nothing in the workspace offers one), and Matcher, the AND of the
eight keys a rule may name.
The one rule that shapes everything below: an absent key never
matches. A unit whose subgroup_id the wire did not carry does not
match a subgroup_id matcher โ it falls to the default class. None
as wildcard was rejected outright, because it silently widens a rule
aimed at video to also match audio.
