Identifies one forwarded stream within a session.

A session-local monotonic id, minted from one counter per session at the moment the session accepts the stream, plus the side it arrived on. Unique for the session’s lifetime and never reused.

Deliberately not a media key: subgroup_id is absent on eight drafts and track_alias on every fetch stream, so a media-keyed serialize would silently miss.

The proxy mints it and the hooks name it; the transport stream id is a separate field on the events that carry both.

Hash is hand-written because ProxySide does not derive it and lives in a module this type may not edit. It hashes the side’s discriminant, so it agrees with the derived PartialEq exactly: equal keys hash equal, which is the whole obligation.
