Live video workflow software from id3as with MoQ integrated as a first-class input and output, including output to Cloudflare's relay network. MoQ is the default protocol for Norsk Studio's preview path, and end-to-end latency measurement is built into the workflow using it.

Norsk is id3as’s software-defined live video workflow product — multi-source mixing, compositing, and encoding, driven by an SDK rather than a fixed pipeline. It is listed here rather than in Built with MoQ because you build with it: there is an SDK, documentation, and a GitHub presence, and what you get is a framework you run, not a stream someone else delivers.

Norsk has supported MoQ since 2024, which makes it one of the earliest commercial adopters outside the relay vendors.

What’s notable about the integration

MoQ is not bolted onto the output stage. It is integrated through dedicated input and output components, including output to Cloudflare’s distribution platform, and it is the default protocol for Norsk Studio’s preview path — meaning the protocol carries the operator’s own monitoring feed, not just the audience’s. A vendor that trusts a pre-RFC protocol with the preview an operator is cutting on has made a real bet on it.

The workflow also has end-to-end latency measurement built in using MoQ, which is the sort of thing that only shows up when someone is running the protocol in earnest rather than demonstrating it.

At NAB 2026 Norsk demonstrated MoQ in Norsk Studio, with live media delivered at sub-second latency over Cloudflare’s global MoQ relay network, shown on both the Norsk and Cloudflare booths. Norsk was one of the eleven vendors in the NAB 2026 interoperability demonstration.
