Withdrawn by its operatordraft-07.cloudflare.mediaoverquic.com:443

What TestLab measured
The hostname did not resolve. On 2026-09-14 the probe got no DNS answer for this name, so no QUIC or WebTransport connection could be established to it by any client.
This is a fact about the name and not about a relay: there is nothing behind it to have behaved well or badly. Nothing on this page is a measurement of software.
Decommissioned.
draft-07.cloudflare.mediaoverquic.comno longer resolves —NXDOMAINfrom both1.1.1.1and8.8.8.8, checked 13 August 2026, anddns-not-foundagain in the TestLab sweep of 10 September 2026. Because there is no DNS record, no QUIC or WebTransport connection can be established to it by any client. Cloudflare no longer announces this endpoint.Cloudflare’s draft-14 and draft-16 endpoints both resolve and answer.
Cloudflare formerly operated a public MoQ Transport relay running draft-07 of the protocol at this address. It was an alpha endpoint for testing and development of MoQ applications.
The message-support detail below is preserved as a record of what a draft-07-era relay implemented, which is useful context for anyone reading the protocol evolution history. It is what Cloudflare published about the endpoint while it ran; it is not a measurement, and it does not describe a running service.

Elsewhere running moq-rs
3 other endpoints run the same implementation. Each is a separate deployment at its own version and configuration, so what one answers is not a claim about the others. All of them are run by the same operator as this one.
