Meta’s public Moxygen relay. Also published as moqt://fb.mvfst.net:9448 — the same endpoint under the moqt scheme, which is what a raw-QUIC client is given.
mvfst is Meta’s QUIC stack, so this is Meta’s own infrastructure rather than a rented box. It answers on 9448 rather than 443, which is not where a production edge fleet usually lives.
