This document establishes the "MOQT Error Detail Types" registry, governing the Type field of Error Details in REQUEST_ERROR (Section 9.4.2).

New Error Detail types are registered using the Specification Required policy ([RFC8126], Section 4.6). Provisional registrations are permitted to allow experimentation and avoid codepoint collisions between independent implementations.
