A Nokia Research endpoint, listed in the MoQ interop runner as speaking drafts 18 and 19 over both raw QUIC and WebTransport. The implementation is not published there and is not published anywhere else we have found.
Unknown is the answer here, not a gap. No implementation is recorded for this endpoint because none has been published, and there is nothing to link it to — no repository, no package, no directory entry. If Nokia publishes one, this entry gains a link; until then the honest state is that we do not know, and the entry says so rather than leaving a blank field for a reader to interpret.
The endpoint does name itself in its setup response, and what it says is on the report. A self-reported string is what a relay chose to send about itself, which is a different and weaker thing than a published implementation with a repository behind it — and it is not enough to link this endpoint to a directory entry on.
A corporate research endpoint listed for interop, on port 4443. A lab deployment sized for its own tests is nearer a demo than a service, and being run by a large company is not by itself evidence about the box.
