Draft-22 assigns setup options 0x01 to 0x08. Options 0x09 and 0x0a are unassigned there, and a receiver must ignore setup options it does not recognise, so these break no rule; they are not interoperable either.

Nokia Research’s draft-22 interop endpoint, listed in the MoQ interop runner over raw QUIC and WebTransport. The runner lists port 8443 of the same host as a separate draft-18 endpoint.
